EdgeWise Connect is a streamlined VPN that keeps you online when your Wi-Fi fails or when you step out of range. How? By seamlessly moving your web traffic to your cellular data connection. Once you’re in range of your Wi-Fi again, EdgeWise Connect intelligently moves your traffic back over to conserve potentially expensive cellular connections.
EdgeWise Connect is available for iOS and Android and can be downloaded from either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
EdgeWise Connect couldn’t be easier to use: just flip the switch to enable our one-click connection protection. If you are using a free version of the app, you are limited to 3 hours of active usage per day. If you’d like to upgrade to unlimited usage, simply tap the upgrade button at the bottom of the screen. You can purchase unlimited plans in 30-day or 365-day increments.

To restore your purchase from within the app, visit the Upgrade pane and tap “Restore” at the top right of the window. You will be prompted to sign into your iTunes account. Once successfully logged in, Edgewise Connect will validate your purchase and restore your account.

Yes! In addition to providing connection reliability, EdgeWise Connect also provides bank-grade encryption. If your device's processor has hardware support for AES (most newer phones do), EdgeWise Connect will use AES128-GCM. If you have an older device that does not support hardware acceleration for AES, EdgeWise Connect will use the ChaCha encryption cipher to deliver this performance.
If you run into a problem while using EdgeWise Connect, it is best to forward your session logs to our support team. To do this, tap on the Settings icon on the upper left-hand corner of the dashboard, then tap “Send Feedback.” This will launch your default email app and automatically attach a zip file containing your logs. Fill in the details describing your problem, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
We need to install a VPN Profile in order to manage the internet connections available to your device. When you flip the switch to start EdgeWise Connect for the first time, be sure you tap “Allow” when prompted.
